#shorts - So then we say oh we have rapport Right And would you say that when you're communicating with people like when you first time meet people for the first time would you say that rapport is like the first thing that needs to be built What are your thoughts on that I think the first thing that needs to be built is an understanding that I even recognize that you exist and I think that's a piece of rapport So I don't think rapport is one of those things where you build it and then you do something else I think rapport is something where you start with one little piece of sand and then pretty soon you have a beach So it's the whole process along in terms of your rapport deepens it widens it expands
